Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a commercial manager in a tier-one contractor.
• Proven track record of commercial outcomes on major projects or frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Chartered membership of RICS or CIOB desirable.
• Experience across infrastructure, commercial building and industrial work desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering through to final account: review, negotiate and execute contract documents.
• Manage commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, valuations, cash management and risk mitigation.
• Provide commercial support during tendering, procurement and contract negotiation.
• Implement the company's internal controls and risk management policy on allocated projects.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract execution and supply chain management.
