Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual performance of a portfolio of Denmark-based projects. The role provides leadership to project commercial teams and ensures robust risk management in alignment with company policies.

The Senior Commercial Manager acts as the primary commercial link between project teams, business unit leadership and the Commercial Director, driving margin protection and compliant reporting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Commercial Manager or equivalent within a Tier 1 construction contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes on major projects or frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing and developing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account.
• Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed, negotiated and executed prior to project commencement.
• Manage commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, valuations, cash management and risk mitigation.
• Provide commercial support during tendering, procurement and contract negotiations, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Implement the Internal Control and Risk Management Policy across all allocated projects.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract execution and supply chain management.
