Job summary

Miro is seeking a visionary Staff Product Designer to lead the Growth team's activation and onboarding experiences, with AI-native product development at the core. You will shape how millions of users bring ideas to life, guiding design from first sign‑up to lasting value and set new standards for growth design at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
• 2–3 years operating at a Staff / Principal level, with ownership of complex initiatives.
• Strong portfolio showing your ability to create clear, user‑focused products and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion — not just onboarding.
• Identify where in that journey the biggest opportunity sits, and you make the case for pursuing it.
• Be a tireless innovator in the AI space. You will explore how generative AI can collapse the gap between a user's first visit and a genuine aha moment, personalizing activation and engagement at scale.
• Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership. You'll navigate ambiguity, build lean experiments, and treat the growth experience as your own startup within Miro.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the competitive landscape to create a best-in-class experience that rivals any competitor while maintaining Miro's ease of use across the platform.
