The LEGO Group is seeking a Staff Engineer for Enterprise Integration & APIs to drive SAP integration and API strategy across multiple product teams. You will bridge principal and lead engineers with product teams, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and hands-on execution.

As the first Staff Engineer in Digital Platforms, you will shape working practices, guide cross-team delivery, and align data models with APIs to enable AI-enabled capabilities.

You'll act as a bridge between Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, and product teams, translating technical strategy in both directions and connecting strategy with execution. Guidance should be aligned with our strategies for Data, Enterprise Data Model, and AI / Agentic. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help navigate the impact of ERP transformation to S/4HANA while shaping the future integration landscape.
