Job summary

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a Laboratory Technician in QC Stability and Shelflife in Kvistgård to support stability studies and shelflife testing for vaccines. The role operates in a GMP environment and requires careful planning, equipment handling, and cross-functional collaboration with scientists and technicians.

The successful candidate will join a diverse team responsible for stability data, deviations handling, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

A laboratory technician education or equivalent.
Experience with product stability and equipment qualification.
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Structured, proactive mindset with ownership and collaboration.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

Plan and set up stability studies in LIMS and track stability data trends.
Take ownership of processes and continuously improve workflows.
Handle daily stability samples and plan upcoming studies for timeliness.
Own laboratory equipment daily; proper use, basic troubleshooting, maintenance per SOPs, and participate in equipment qualification activities.
Coordinate improvements to stability flows across QC sites in collaboration with scientists.
Develop planning skills toward LEAN certifications.
Support deviations, ad hoc tasks and training for colleagues outside the team.
