Your role in driving digital experience improvements at a global scaleThe goal of this role is to facilitate the global-local hybrid testing roadmap, collaborating with local eCommerce markets and driving global test initiatives to enhance customer journeys and digital performance. Youll collaborate closely with various teams, including the eCom Experience and UX teams, to drive data-backed improvements to Pandora eCommerce. These incremental changes are key to our long-term growth. Youll play an instrumental role in not just driving these improvements but also in educating and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Youll need to be confident in guiding, influencing, and educating stakeholders on best practices, sharing knowledge, and ensuring our testing efforts align with our strategic pillars. You will also support in building stronger processes and governance, ensuring smooth testing execution, and facilitating knowledge-sharing across markets.
