Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with global eCommerce teams and local markets to ensure testing initiatives align with both regional priorities and global strategies.
  • Providing expert advice and insights on A/B testing and optimisation and tooling, ensuring teams understand the value of testing.
  • Partnering with the UX team to ensure that site improvements are rooted in user insights and testing outcomes, helping to prioritize impactful changes.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of customer journeys, feature deep dives and post-test reports, using key tools like Adobe Analytics, Monetate, and Contentsquare to analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights for both local and global teams.
  • Sharing best practices and testing insights across markets, building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Driving process standardisation, ensuring efficient and consistent testing execution.
  • Supporting with execution where required.
