Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is assisting a major organization to recruit a Senior IT Sourcing Manager, specializing in digital technology procurement. You will shape and execute strategic sourcing across software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and technology platforms.

Translate business priorities into sourcing strategies, lead tenders and negotiations, and manage risk in close collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with EU tendering processes is required.
• Hold a university degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• Bring senior strategic sourcing experience within IT or digital technology.
• Apply a strong commercial toolbox across tenders, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships across seniority levels, functions and cultures.

Join as a Senior IT Sourcing Manager, specializing in digital technology procurement. In this impactful role, you will shape and execute strategic sourcing across key IT and digital technology categories, including software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and technology platforms.

You will translate business priorities into sourcing strategies, lead complex tenders and negotiations, and secure commercial value while managing risk in close collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders.

A crucial aspect of this role is to lead stakeholder dialogues, challenge demand constructively, and align procurement activities with strategic digital technology objectives.

You'll be part of a procurement team alongside nine experienced sourcing and contract management professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Digital Technology Procurement.
• Shape sourcing strategies for critical IT and digital technology categories.
• Lead complex sourcing projects from strategy to contract handover.
• Advise senior stakeholders on sourcing choices, commercial risk, and value levers.
• Drive high-impact negotiations, renewals, and supplier performance dialogues.
