Job summary

Truvio in Denmark is seeking a Solution Architect to deliver scalable ecommerce solutions across the EMEA region. You will translate business objectives into innovative technical designs and own integration with Dynamics 365 F&O.

This client-facing role requires clear communication with business and technical stakeholders and a hands-on approach to solution architecture. You will lead workshops, document architectures, and support pre-sales with trusted recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding our commerce solution architecture and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies.
• Present solutions clearly and compellingly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation on solution architecture. Support pre-sales activities by providing insightful, business-focused solutions and estimates.
• Lead AI implementation across our delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and viability of solutions and successful project delivery.
• Define, estimate scope and document solution architecture aligning with both business requirements and technical feasibility as part of the project team delivering client implementations.
• Coordinate with ERP partners for coherent and integrated solutions, particularly those involving Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform capabilities, and Dynamics 365 F&O integration patterns.
