In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and governing Faerch's future ERP landscape by ensuring a scalable, standardized, and future-proof ERP solution across manufacturing sites in Europe.

You will become part of Faerch's ERP Program Organization, which is responsible for rolling out and operating the company's Corporate ERP platform across all manufacturing sites.
The team consists of highly experienced ERP specialists and Business Process Owners covering key business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Sales. As the ERP organization continues to mature, the department is evolving into a scalable global program capable of managing multiple parallel ERP implementations across Europe.
You will work closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, manufacturing sites, IT, and external implementation partners in a highly collaborative and transformation-driven environment.
As ERP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing the overall ERP solution architecture supporting Faerch's global ERP transformation.
The role goes far beyond traditional solution design. You will act as the architectural guardian of the ERP Program, ensuring that the global ERP template remains scalable, standardized, and aligned with business objectives while balancing local business requirements with global best practices.
Working closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, Corporate IT, and external implementation partners, you will support ERP rollouts by conducting readiness assessments, evaluating local requirements, identifying gaps, and continuously optimizing the global solution architecture.
The position combines strategic architecture with hands-on involvement in ERP implementations and offers a unique opportunity to influence one of Faerch's most important transformation initiatives.
