McKinsey’s QuantumBlack division seeks a hands‑on software professional to design and deliver cutting‑edge digital solutions. You’ll collaborate with technologists, designers, and strategists to build products from ground up, mentor client teams, and shape engineering culture across industries.

You’ll work with frontend and backend tech, cloud platforms, and ML tooling, while embracing Agile values and delivering high‑quality, scalable systems. Opportunities to grow alongside supportive leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications with readable, testable, scalable code.
• Experience collaborating with developers and non-technical stakeholders within software teams.
• Hands‑on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) with databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams with active sprint participation and pair programming.
• Exceptional time management in a complex, autonomous environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications by writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers, as well as technical and non‑technical people within software teams
• Hands‑on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
