Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications with readable, testable, scalable code.
• Experience collaborating with developers and non-technical stakeholders within software teams.
• Hands‑on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) with databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
• Experience in Agile teams with active sprint participation and pair programming.
• Exceptional time management in a complex, autonomous environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s).
