Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking a Software Engineer - Planning Technology (Kinaxis Maestro) to define how planning works across the global supply network. You'll design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions within Kinaxis Maestro, moving between design, business discussions and platform configuration.

This hands-on role emphasizes stable, scalable planning capabilities and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Delivered Kinaxis Maestro solutions with platform configuration and optimisation.
• Built end-to-end APS or supply chain planning solutions from business requirements through implementation.
• Designed planning architectures that connect business processes and technology platforms.
• Translated complex business requirements into documented planning solutions.
• Applied supply chain planning processes across planning environments.
• Led collaboration between business and technology teams in a solution architecture or consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape planning solutions within the Kinaxis Maestro platform.
• Improve platform stability through stronger configuration, data flow management and operational practices.
• Introduce release management approaches and support models that strengthen platform health.
• Challenge legacy processes and align planning ways of working with platform capabilities.
• Support the wider planning transformation journey across the organisation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to turn requirements into practical solutions.
