LEGO Group is seeking a Software Engineer - Planning Technology (Kinaxis Maestro) to define how planning works across our global network. You will design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions while growing Kinaxis Maestro as the go-to platform for manufacturing and distribution.

This hands-on role moves between solution design, business discussions and platform configuration to create stable, scalable planning capabilities for the LEGO Group.

Qualifications

• Delivered Kinaxis Maestro solutions with platform configuration.
• Built APS or supply chain planning solutions from business requirements through implementation.
• Designed planning architectures that connect business processes and technology platforms.
• Translated complex business requirements into documented planning solutions.
• Applied supply chain planning processes and dependencies across planning environments.
• Led collaboration between business and technology teams in a solution architecture or consulting capacity.

About The Role

As our Software Engineer - Planning Technology (Kinaxis Maestro), you’ll help define how planning works across the LEGO Group through Kinaxis Maestro. You’ll design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions while helping grow Kinaxis Maestro as the go-to platform for planning how products are manufactured and distributed globally. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll move between solution design, business discussions and platform configuration, helping create stable, scalable and future-ready planning capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered solutions using Kinaxis Maestro, including platform configuration and optimisation
• Built end-to-end APS or supply chain planning solutions from business requirements through implementation
• Designed planning architectures that connect business processes and technology platforms
• Translated complex business requirements into documented planning solutions
• Applied supply chain planning processes and dependencies across planning environments
• Led collaboration between business and technology teams in a solution architecture or consulting capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Implemented Closed Loop Planning concepts or operating models
• Configured Kinaxis integrations, data models and planning master data
• Delivered solutions across supply, demand, inventory, S&OP or IBP planning processes
• Established solution governance frameworks, architecture standards or SAP engineering capabilities
