Job summary

If Forsikring in Stockholm is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to help shape motor claims handling solutions. You will work in a Nordic team, contributing to modern tech and AI-enabled workflows, with a focus on reliable, scalable software.

You will collaborate with business developers and users, participate in architecture discussions, and deliver robust solutions in a hybrid work setting. 4+ years in full-stack roles and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and web development.
• Experience with React or similar web framework.
• Good communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.

About the role

In this role, you will help shape future solutions for motor claims handling. You will be part of a team responsible for creating a smooth customer journey from start to finish. You will work with modern technology in a team that values collaboration, learning and practical solutions that make a real difference. We discuss architecture, good code and best practices together, and we support each other in finding solutions that work well in practice. Our technologies include .NET, hosting in Azure and Azure DevOps for CI/CD. If has an overall ambition to be the Nordic and Baltic P&C leader in leveraging AI capabilities and as developers, we use GitHub Copilot to faster deliver value for our customers. You will have regular contact with business developers and users. Together, you will improve existing systems, develop new automation around claims and help create robust, efficient solutions for our customers.

About the team

You will join a Nordic team of around 10 colleagues with different backgrounds in business and IT. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team where people challenge each other, share knowledge and help each other succeed. Who are you?

You have a strong interest in software development and good knowledge of C#, .NETand agile ways of working. You are comfortable working with both backend and frontend development, especially for web solutions. You enjoy sharing your experience with the team and discussing solutions together with others.

You also have:

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience as a full-stack developer
• Relevant university education or similar
• Experience with React or a similar web development framework
• Confidence communicating with colleagues and users in English. Swedish skills are considered a plus
