Job summary

Plant Supervision is seeking an experienced site-based Project Manager and Site Lead to oversee daily project execution in the Project Execution department, coordinating production, schedule management, commercial controls, and cross-functional collaboration with NNPR.

Reporting to the PMO, you will lead both the Core Team and Site Team to ensure project objectives are met, manage budget, changes, and interfaces, and oversee handover, QA/QC, and safety on site in Køge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 7–10 years leading large mechanical installations with site planning.
• Experience with contracts, quantity accounting, change management, and cost impacts.
• Fluent in Danish and English; living near Køge for daily site commutes.
• Willingness to travel daily to the Køge project site; HSE training required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery and daily site execution, including staffing and subcontractors.
• Lead weekly Core Team and Site Team meetings for realistic work plans and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with NNPR and serve as operational contact, ensuring decisions and minutes.
• Document changes, delays, and time/cost impacts; manage CAN/CO processes.
• Own budget, forecasts, risks, and reporting; track hours, quantities, invoicing basis.
• Oversee HSE, QA/QC, testing, documentation, and final handover activities.
• Identify obstacles and interface issues to maintain momentum.
