This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement from Shift Leader to General Manager, and competitive pay with tips. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, pass a background check, and be able to work early hours including mornings.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
