Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and to drive sales while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness. You will train crew, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and cash procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Possibly valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, etc.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe and compliant environment.
