Job summary

The Aagard Group is seeking an experienced project manager to lead service and retrofit projects from scoping through delivery. You will collaborate with Engineering to define scope, drive milestones, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management or CRM, self-direction, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Passport and vaccinations may be required. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• 5 years of relevant project management or CRM experience preferred.
• Self-directed with strong integrity and discretion.
• Willing to travel (1-2 trips annually) and obtain a passport.

  • Escalate issues promptly to appropriate stakeholders and drive them to full resolution.
  • Lead effective meetings with clear documentation, defined action items, and timely follow-up.
• Build, inspire, and motivate cohesive and high-performing project teams.
• Develop and document successful project plans with project team members and stakeholders.
• Hold individuals and departments accountable for deliverables and project milestones.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances with flexibility, resilience, and solution-oriented thinking.

  • service as the primary customer contact of service projects, delivering prompt and proactive communication.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous project management and/or customer relationship management experience preferred
• Self-confidence and the ability to be largely self-directed
• A conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Willing and able to travel (1-2 trips annually) domestically and internationally as necessary, which may include any day of the week
• Must obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
• Must comply with applicable travel requirements, including receiving any vaccinations necessary for entry into certain countries (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
