Job summary

NORD in Copenhagen is seeking a Service Designer to shape services and experiences that translate client ambitions into tangible outcomes. You will work from research and journey mapping to strategy and concept development, spanning digital, physical and human touchpoints.

You collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams, take ownership of projects, and bring curiosity to your craft, including an interest in AI applications for service design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of service design experience from an agency, consultancy or similar.
• Strong understanding of service design methods and when to use them.
• Proven practice in qualitative research and a human-centred design approach.
• Ability to turn insights into clear opportunities.
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting work to clients and stakeholders.
• Natural collaborator across strategy, creative, design and development.
• Interest in AI and how it can enhance service design.

Responsibilities

• Frame challenges using design thinking.
• Plan and conduct qualitative research, and make sense of quantitative data.
• Create journey maps and other service design outputs.
• Facilitate workshops that bring together clients and cross-functional teams.
• Define experience strategies and design future journeys and service concepts across digital, physical and human touchpoints.
• Communicate your work and craft to clients and colleagues with clarity and confidence.
