BESTSELLER TECH is seeking a Server Infrastructure Specialist to join a self-organised agile team responsible for BESTSELLER's servers and databases. You will contribute to ongoing projects, maintain platforms, and explore new solutions to ensure a stable and well-performing IT infrastructure.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Spain and beyond, with hybrid work from offices in Brande, Aarhus or Málaga. Fluency in English and strong Linux expertise are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Solid Linux enterprise server deployment and operations experience (Red Hat/Ubuntu).
• Experience with core IT infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Automation experience using PowerShell.
• Knowledge of AI agentic coding a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, backup/restore, patch management or monitoring is a plus.

You will join a self-organised agile team of engineers and specialists with end-to-end responsibility for BESTSELLER's servers and databases. The team plays an important role in infrastructure operations, security, performance monitoring and development projects. Together, we work to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure that supports the needs of the business.

Your closest colleagues are based in Denmark and Spain, and you will also collaborate with colleagues across our international organisation.

YOUR JOB

As a Server Infrastructure Specialist at BESTSELLER TECH, you will contribute to ongoing projects and the development of our IT infrastructure. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help maintain and improve our existing platforms while exploring new solutions to ensure a stable and well-performing IT infrastructure.

More specifically, you will:

• Work with infrastructure deployment and the implementation of new solutions
• Manage and maintain existing infrastructure throughout its lifecycle
• Support daily operations to ensure stable and reliable performance
• Contribute to modernising and improving our infrastructure platforms
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

YOUR PROFILE

You are an experienced server generalist or specialist with solid knowledge of Linux server technologies on virtual platforms. You have an open mind, a natural curiosity for new technologies and a strong desire to learn and develop. You enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting colleagues and finding solutions to complex problems together. At the same time, you work independently, take initiative and keep the long‑term needs of the business in mind. Whether your background is from an internal IT department, consultancy or self‑taught experience matters less than your technical skills and approach to collaboration.

We imagine that you:

• Have solid experience with Linux Enterprise Server deployment and operations, particularly Red Hat and Ubuntu
• Have experience running, maintaining and future‑proofing core IT infrastructure
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform and/or Ansible
• Have experience with automation using PowerShell
• Have knowledge of or experience with AI agentic coding
• Ideally have knowledge of Windows Server, VMware or HPE Morpheus, backup and restore, patch management or operational monitoring
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
