Job summary

Nordic Rebar ApS operates a workshop in East Jutland, Denmark, near Vejle, seeking a workshop mechanic. The successful candidate will repair and prepare used machines for the rebar industry, and handle forklift loading/unloading while keeping the workshop tidy. Independence and a valid forklift licence are essential.

This is a permanent position based at Gadbjerg with a starting rate of EUR 25 per hour, 37 hours per week, paid monthly. Accommodation can be arranged locally.

Qualifications

• Technical/trade background in automotive or industrial field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid forklift/truck licence.
• Ability to work independently and plan own day.
• Good English language ability.
• EU citizen.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preparation of used machines for the rebar industry.
• Loading and unloading machines and accessories using a forklift truck.
• General maintenance and tidiness in the workshop.
