TDC Brands is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Manager to lead the technical discipline within Cyber Defense. You will work with infrastructure teams, application owners and partners to understand, assess, and address vulnerabilities based on real risk.

You will shape how vulnerability management evolves at enterprise scale, balancing technical remediation with strategic risk decisions, while collaborating with analytics, reporting and policy efforts across the function.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience within Vulnerability Management or similar technical security disciplines.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability lifecycle, CVSS, EPSS and remediation practices.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear risk decisions for engineers and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Manage and continuously improve the technical Vulnerability Management discipline across TDC Brands.
• Analyse and validate vulnerabilities based on exploitability, exposure, threat intelligence, asset criticality and business context.
• Develop and maintain risk-based prioritisation methodologies using CVSS, EPSS and other relevant vulnerability and threat intelligence.
• Advise technology teams and system owners on remediation strategies, compensating controls and alternative risk mitigation.
• Challenge remediation plans and help ensure vulnerabilities are addressed according to actual risk.
• Provide technical input to vulnerability exceptions and risk acceptance decisions.
• Identify systemic and recurring vulnerability patterns and support long-term remediation.
• Contribute to Vulnerability Management policies, standards, controls, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Vulnerability Intelligence & Analytics Manager to improve prioritisation and data visibility.
