Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI and data-driven transformation in the Retail sector. You will partner with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate complex roadmaps and deliver targeted value across core ecosystems.

You will combine consulting, project management, and hands-on execution, crafting executive narratives and coordinating with product teams to expand Celonis’ platform adoption across multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering/Consulting.
• Strong IT and business software background; AI copilots used to generate outputs.
• Self-driven, with a builder mentality and focus on customer value.
• Proven ability to execute process improvements and realize value.
• Fluent English, executive presence, and multi-region coordination.
• Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail trends.
• Engineering/CS or related degree or business with technical minor.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-based engagements to realize ROI across process areas.
• Manage executive sponsorship and multi-unit stakeholder alignment.
• Steer global transformations with AI-driven account planning and project mgmt.
• Promote platform adoption and AI fluency with Celonis tools.
• Develop expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform.
