Join Semco Maritime as Senior Structural Lead and take a central role in the construction of modern naval vessels for the Royal Danish Navy. Working at the interface between engineering, procurement, planning, suppliers, and shipyard production, you will translate structural designs and class requirements into practical construction strategies that support safe and efficient execution.
As the senior technical focal point for structural construction, you will influence key decisions from design maturity and production engineering through fabrication, assembly, and delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, anticipate constructability and schedule risks, and help ensure that structural work is completed to the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role with close proximity to production and real influence on how the vessels are built. Your primary workplace will be in Frederikshavn or alternatively Esbjerg. The position is full‑time, permanent, and occasional travel may be required.
