As Senior Strategy Partner in the Global Manufacturing Supply (GMS) API Executive Office, you will own key strategic processes, act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, and help shape the foundation for decision‑making across GMS API. A central part of the role is to translate strategic priorities into clear deployment plans, meaningful targets and follow‑up mechanisms that ensure progress and accountability across the organisation. You will work closely with the API leadership team and individual VPs – facilitating dialogue, challenging assumptions and ensuring clear communication across the organisation.

The API Manufacturing Executive Office supports the Senior Vice President of API Manufacturing and the API Leadership Team. As a small, agile team, we own and facilitate strategic processes, drive organizational initiatives, and provide critical support and scoping to solve complex business challenges. Our work spans strategic deployment, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and business continuity – all essential to enable that our manufacturing operations are running smoothly and to support our ambitious growth plans.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
