Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementations across customer operations in Scandinavia. You’ll own project plans, manage budgets, and ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality while building strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Project Management Lead, Scandinavia, you’ll work independently, travel up to 10–20%, and leverage your background in software implementations with manufacturing or production experience to shape best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex software implementations in large IT landscapes.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with senior customer stakeholders.
• Experience with risk analysis and proactive mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, scope and change requests, and report on project profitability to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customer teams and senior stakeholders, running a clear communication plan including steering group meetings.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring actions are documented and followed through to completion.
• Identify and manage risks proactively, owning mitigating actions and escalating when needed.
• Keep internal and external project teams accountable, resolving issues and mitigating conflict.
• Travel up to 10–20% to visit customers and RELEX teams in other offices.
