Qualifications

• Substantial software engineering experience and a track record of delivering production software.
• Strong C#/.NET experience.
• Docker/container experience.
• Azure DevOps cloud experience.
• Solid software design fundamentals.
• CI/CD and modern delivery workflows.
• Debugging and performance thinking.
• Database and data-access experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives without people management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship production-grade software.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks and solutions.
• Take ownership of technical execution within a product area.
• Coordinate development across multiple engineers when required.
• Identify dependencies, blockers and technical risks before delivery.
• Challenge unclear requirements constructively.
• Participate actively in design discussions and technical reviews.
• Design and document architecture at component level.
• Develop and maintain release pipelines.
• Work closely with Product and Quality Engineering.
• Support colleagues through technical sparring, reviews and coaching.
• Improve code quality, testability, maintainability and delivery practices.
