Our engineers work on high-impact projects that drive the future of data‑driven digital experiences, handling vast amounts of information at scale and simplifying complex backend systems. As a member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners and developers to create innovative platform solutions, tackling challenges that ensure system‑wide efficiency and scalability.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product owners and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, influence platform direction, and architect technical solutions to complex challenges
• Write clean, efficient, and highly optimised code to support core infrastructure systems, tooling, and platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers
• Lead code reviews, providing actionable feedback to enhance high coding standards across the team
• Take ownership of your projects and thrive in an environment where ideas are openly shared, discussed, and challenged

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Scala, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, streaming architectures, data structures, and design principles
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems, libraries and SDKs

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart

• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Deep understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and RESTful API
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning
