Qualifications

• Experience in silicon photonics design and modeling.
• Proficiency in Verilog-A and co-simulation.
• Strong collaboration with circuit and system teams.
• Experience with measurement data and model calibration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electro-optic co-simulation flow.
• Define silicon-photonics test structures and characterization plans.
• Build and calibrate compact/behavioral models for silicon photonic components.
• Correlate models with measurement data.
• Partner with circuit/SerDes designers, system teams, and foundry contacts.
• Contribute to the shared component library and release process.
