Job summary

Omnicom Media Denmark is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to join the Organic Discovery team in Copenhagen. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across technical SEO, content strategy and performance analysis, including GEO and AI-driven search capabilities.

You will work with the SEO Director and cross-functional teams, shaping client strategies, delivering high-quality work, and mentoring others while being present in the Copenhagen office several days a week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience across technical, content and analytics.
• Experience with GEO, AI-driven search and Large Language Models is a plus.
• Excellent data-to-insight conversion and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop SEO and Organic Discovery strategies for technical SEO, content, and AI-driven search.
• Create content roadmaps based on audience needs, search demand and business goals.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, site architecture, internal linking and structured data.
• Analyse performance data with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Support GEO and AI search capabilities through research and experimentation.
• Prepare client-facing presentations translating analysis into recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops as an SEO advisor.
• Collaborate with paid search, social, analytics and media specialists.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge.
