Job summary

NoA Connect Danmark, a new full-funnel media agency in Copenhagen, seeks a senior search specialist to own paid search across Google Ads, Shopping and PMax. You will shape account structure, bidding, and strategy while expanding into SEO and AI/ GEO visibility, leading a team and advising clients on plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid search experience, preferably in an agency where you led client accounts.
• Deep Google Ads craft across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Willingness to lead SEO/GEO and explore AI implications for visibility.
• Strong understanding of value-based bidding and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Craft leadership: set account structure and search strategy.
• Own the wider search picture including SEO and AI/GEO visibility and hiring.
• Lead client advisory: plan budgets and conduct monthly reviews.
• Hands-on execution: build, test, and scale across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and Microsoft Ads.
• Implement bidding and signals: value weighting, conversion windows, first-party data.
• Drive automation: replace manual work with agents, scripts, rules, alerts.
• Measure results: connect search to business outcomes and communicate impact to clients.
• Support business development: participate in new-business conversations and pricing.
