Netcompany is seeking a technology consultant to support full software development lifecycles across diverse projects. You will work with Scala, Java, .Net, C# and modern tech stacks, contribute to design and delivery, and collaborate with leadership to drive high-quality outcomes for clients.

Role involves hands-on coding, design, and potential mentoring within a hybrid work model. We deploy ReactJS, Angular, Docker, Azure, and other modern tools across engagements and encourage rapid skill

Qualifications

+4 years experience in the IT Industry.
Full-stack or backend technical background with experience with Scala, Java, .Net or C#.
A curiosity to explore new technologies and learn quickly.
Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
Ability to code within projects and deliver major IT solutions.
Mentoring and maybe team leading on projects (preferred).
Understanding of agile tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
Willingness to travel to client site anywhere in the UK when needed.

Responsibilities

Experience with Scala and system development across front-end, back-end and integrations.
Workflow planning and process optimization for delivery quality.
Implementing customer requirements for new feature design.
Analysis and design of the overall solution.
Daily sparring with your team and supporting full delivery lifecycle.
