Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Freelance Senior SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Solution Architect to govern and optimize SAP SD and Order-to-Cash for a global Life Sciences client. You will own end-to-end processes, drive governance, and partner with business and IT across multiple countries and entities.

The role combines solution architecture, process governance, and hands-on SAP expertise to support ongoing transformation initiatives and S/4HANA readiness activities, with a hybrid working

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP SD & end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge.
• Experience across sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, and credit management.
• Proven ability to design integrations using EDI, APIs, IDocs, and middleware.
• Experience with S/4HANA readiness and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation efforts.
• Fluent English communication and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the SAP SD and Order-to-Cash landscapes across regions and entities.
• Provide architectural guidance for incidents, enhancements, and improvements.
• Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead design activities across sales, customer service, logistics, and finance functions.
• Drive SAP integration with 3PLs, middleware, EDI, APIs, and IDocs.
• Support e-invoicing and tax-compliance initiatives across markets.
• Ensure integration between SAP SD, FI/AR, tax engines, and invoicing platforms.
• Contribute to transformation programs including ECC to S/4HANA.
