Job summary

TotalEnergies in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Reservoir Engineer to lead high-value subsurface studies, reservoir management, reserves evaluations and development projects across a diverse international asset portfolio.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment with geologists, geophysicists, drilling and production teams, mentoring junior engineers and presenting recommendations to stakeholders while promoting HSE and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Approximately 10–15 years of reservoir engineering experience.
• Strong experience in reservoir simulation and dynamic reservoir modelling.
• Proven ability to work autonomously within reservoir engineering activities.
• Experience participating in integrated subsurface studies and field development projects.
• Operational experience within asset teams or integrated studies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Validate and interpret reservoir data to support field development evaluations.
• Coordinate studies for reservoir models construction and maintenance.
• Perform reservoir simulations and dynamic analyses with geologists/geophysicists.
• Develop production forecasts and reserves evaluations for development scenarios.
• Identify opportunities for reservoir optimization and field redevelopment.
• Support integrated asset studies and governance forums with recommendations.
• Present technical outcomes to stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Mentor junior reservoir engineers and contribute to capability development.
