The Copenhagen Academy for Medical Education and Simulation (CAMES) invites applications for a position as Senior Researcher, Workplace Learning Research, to commence 1 October 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. This is a full-time, permanent role based at CAMES Rigshospitalet and partner sites in the Capital Region.

Qualificações

• A primary medical or health-professional qualification with a PhD in health professions education or related discipline.
• Solid research and teaching qualifications at an international level.
• Sustained programmatic work in areas such as debriefing, team processes, and translation of education to practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of CAMES’ research environment and strategy.
• Advance research at the interface of simulation and workplace learning.
• Publish high-impact research with international partners.
• Mentor postdocs and early-career researchers.
• Supervise PhD students and secure external funding.
• Disseminate findings to the wider community and contribute to standards work.
