Job summary

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a senior Business Consultant to join our Northern Europe team in a remote capacity. You will shape transformation strategies, target operating models and business cases for large AECO customers, working with executives to drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with architects and technical teams, lead executive workshops, and guide opportunities in data, automation and AI while traveling up to 50% across Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex strategy and transformation engagements.
• Deep expertise in at least one: construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or related industries.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems; hands-on implementation not required.
• Understanding of operating models, governance, and benefits realization.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams with executive communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; other European languages valued.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings and Autodesk events in Northern Europe.
• Experience advising executives, structuring problems, and guiding high-stakes workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams as a strategic advisor.
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies based on objectives and context.
• Assess operating models, processes, data workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define target-state models, roadmaps, business cases and benefits realization plans.
• Lead executive workshops and align stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Advise on how Autodesk and AECO technologies support business outcomes and interoperability.
• Identify opportunities for data, automation and AI based on business value and readiness.
• Partner with Solution Architects and teams to shape advisory engagements and credible delivery roadmaps.
