Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Reporting Solutions domain, focusing on Regulatory Reporting for SA-CR, ESG and other regulatory processes. You’ll work from Roskilde or Warsaw within a cross‑functional team that manages NASDAQ Axiom, Mainframe, Netezza and Databricks platforms.

You will drive data governance, analytics, and data products to ensure trusted, coherent data for banks’ self‑service analytics and regulatory reporting, shaping a modern cloud data

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience as Business Analyst from Banking or financial IT.
• Regulatory work experience from the banking sector in Denmark is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Basel III, COREP (SA-CR), ESG, FINREP and other regulatory reports.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts and data governance.
• Experience in agile setups like Scrum or SAFe.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and problems in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Explore and analyse complex credit risk datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate requirements into analytical use cases and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Architects to ensure data foundations are reliable and well-governed.
• Build analytical data products and models to support regulatory reporting.
• Participate in BEC’s data transformation using Azure and Databricks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and client engagement.
