Job summary

Qualifications

PhD in physics, math, engineering, or related quantitative biology/pharmacology; 6+ years post-PhD.
Strong understanding of PK/PD theory, modelling, statistics and data interpretation.
Experience translating PKPD models to human predictions and collaboration with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

Set scientific strategy for QSP and PKPD within projects.
Translate preclinical PK/PD findings to human predictions using allometric scaling and mechanistic approaches.
Prepare study protocols, technical reports, model documentation, and contribute to regulatory submissions.
PKPD modelling on research compounds in animals or in vitro data.
Simulate human PKPD based on animal/in vitro data; gather literature/competitor data for modelling.
Maintain state-of-the-art competences in QSP and PKPD; drive innovations in R&D value chain.
Mentor students and junior colleagues; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Anticipate internal/external challenges and recommend process or product improvements.
