Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) in Kalundborg, Denmark, is seeking an Experienced Quality Engineer to join the Mechanical department on-site five days a week.

You will ensure mechanical installations meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements, drive design reviews, and lead verification activities across large projects; a MSc/BSc in Engineering and 3+ years of pharma/biotech experience with GMP knowledge are preferred. Onboarding and development programs support growth.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from pharma/biotech/chemical industry.
• Familiar with US and European GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of the different phases of project execution.
• Solid knowledge and experience within mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate quality-related design reviews within the Mechanical department.
• Lead and perform quality activities for mechanical disciplines across large, complex projects as well as smaller projects.
• Align quality and verification concepts with customers’ quality systems and validation concepts in collaboration with other project members.
• Contribute to defining the scope of quality activities and reviewing test activities, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in FAT and/or SAT activities and, when needed, performing verification tests.
