Job summary

Scoutz is seeking a Senior Tester to lead quality across our credit-focused solutions in a multi-system environment. You will own testing strategies and ensure robust, scalable QA practices.

You will collaborate with developers, Product Owners and Business Analysts, driving QA standards and comprehensive test coverage across functional and non-functional areas. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in testing and QA within complex system landscapes.
• Experience in agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) and QA across releases.
• Strong technical understanding of CI/CD, automation, monitoring and integrations.
• Familiar with QA tools like Jira/Xray and JQL, plus SQL/Postman testing.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and observability tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality and testing in complex credit solutions.
• Plan, design, and execute tests—manual and automated.
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and strategies.
• Ensure coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify risks early and contribute to pre-production fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, PO, and BA on QA and defects.
