Job summary

emagine is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen mobile app quality for a US-based application. You will design and execute test strategies, validate native Android/iOS functionality, and drive end-to-end testing across APIs and integrations.

You will work within Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments, perform accessibility and usability validations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Start ASAP for a 3-month contract with potential extension, based in USA or Copenhagen.

We are on behalf of one of our customers seeking a Senior QA Engineer specializing in mobile applications to enhance our current projects involving a US-based application. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct software quality assurance with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Test native Android and/or iOS applications extensively.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and manage defects.
• Test APIs, integrations, and customer journey experiences end-to-end.
• Work within Agile/Scrum/SAFE teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Perform accessibility testing and usability validation.
• Possess experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries as an advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile applications, including web testing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Proven experience testing APIs and integrations.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum/SAFE methodologies.
• Accessibility testing and usability validation experience.
• Preferred US location or flexibility to attend late meetings with a US team.
