DFDS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive business-side transformation for the Global Customer Service, Ferry Commercial. You will lead the Control Tower initiatives, translate operational needs into scalable capabilities, and collaborate with Technology & Innovation to deliver digital, standardized processes.

The role focuses on discovery through adoption, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management. Copenhagen-based with some travel.

Formación

• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology-enabled transformation.
• Bridges business and technology, translating needs into requirements.
• Experience in logistics/shipping or similar complex industry is preferred.
• Strong project and change management skills with clear structure and momentum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and locations.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the overall business lead for the Control Tower and its booking capabilities.
• Lead the business workstream from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Technology & Innovation to translate needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Align stakeholders and prioritise across Customer Service, Commercial, and Ops.
• Drive process standardisation across the freight booking journey.
• Establish governance, plans, risks, dependencies, and decision processes.
• Facilitate workshops and prepare material for governance bodies.
• Drive change management, business readiness, and value realisation.
