As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project execution—from contract award through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final handover.
You will act as the central link between client, engineering, design, supply chain and site execution, ensuring structured and predictable project delivery in line with contractual commitments.

Projects are executed across borders, and you will typically lead international, cross-functional project teams with potential members from Denmark, Norway, Chile and China.

The position reports to the Head of Smolt Projects and is part of a team of nine highly skilled Project Managers and two Project Planners. Together, the team is responsible for delivering safe, predictable, and high-quality project execution across a diverse portfolio of projects, with close and continuous interaction with the hole Landbased organisation and with our customers.
The position is based at our office in Fredericia. However, given the international nature of our projects and organisation, the role requires a moderate amount of travel, typically between 10 and 30 days per year, depending on project phases and specific assignments.
