Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex, long‑cycle Defense projects from offer phase through final handover.

Work closely with engineering and internal teams to drive project execution forward.

Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate reporting across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Structured and able to maintain a clear overview in a complex environment.

• Experience working on international projects within a global organization.
• Strong defense domain knowledge, including mechanical and systems engineering.
• Skills in reporting and communicating effectively with senior management.
• Ability to drive project excellence while coordinating across regions.
• Understanding of deadlines and consistent on‑time delivery.
• Experience in contract management, change management, and a commercial mindset.
• Proficiency with agile tools and methods (preferred).
