Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to drive cost control, scheduling, estimating, and leadership across projects. You will mentor teams, oversee capital planning, and ensure value in bidding, planning and reporting processes.

You will prepare owner estimates, lead review meetings, and keep key partners informed with monthly status updates, schedules and risk assessments.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.

• Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
