Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of the software portfolio for automated material handling solutions. You will translate market trends and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap, collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams to deliver value.

This role focuses on the K.oneX and Parcel IT portfolio (LogX4), while supporting legacy applications and future software additions

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a technical setting.
Strong expertise in intralogistics software and warehouse automation tech.
Ability to translate market needs into product roadmaps and business cases.
Experience building pricing models and lifecycle strategies.
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap for intralogistics software portfolio.
Perform market analysis and identify technology trends.
Develop business cases, pricing, and value propositions.
Convert market and customer requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D.
Define vision for WMS, WCS, WES, and related software solutions.
Prioritize development initiatives by customer value and impact.
Drive portfolio lifecycle: enhancements, upgrades, end-of-life.
Promote scalable, modular software aligned with Körber portfolio.
Collaborate with PM, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Ops, Service, and Innovation.
Support innovation with customer validation and opportunities.
Develop sales enablement and product configuration materials.
Build relationships with partners and universities.
Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers.
