Job summary

Lunar in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Sentinel's risk scoring, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical product features and own end-to-end delivery with engineering and data science.

You’ll partner with MLRO and Compliance, drive real-time, event-driven detection, and shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in financial crime prevention—transaction monitoring, fraud detection, AML, or risk scoring—in a regulated environment.
• Solid product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping complex, technical products end-to-end.
• Comfortable partnering with regulatory owners like an MLRO or Compliance function to co-create strategy and roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic judgment in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Curiosity about event-driven risk models and data-driven approaches to detection.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the strategic direction and roadmap for Sentinel's risk scoring, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection products, in collaboration with FCP domain experts and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the shift to real-time, event-driven detection so Lunar can catch risk and fraud as it happens.
• Own backlog prioritization and delivery planning with engineering, flagging deadlines at risk.
• Partner with engineering and data science to improve detection with a mix of rules and models, enabling growth without increasing Ops headcount.
• Build trust and clarity across stakeholders spanning FCP, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and Engineering.
