Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape customer experiences for self-service tools in the Customer Experience Group. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive the design of customer-centric experiences across Agoda’s products.

You will lead discovery, craft sophisticated flows, and champion cohesive UX across a growing family of features, balancing design, business, content, and technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products.
• In‑house designer experience is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to craft sophisticated flows and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
• Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings.
• Think and write about your process and decisions.
