Job summary

Novo Nordisk Kalundborg is seeking a Senior Process Scientist to lead cleaning validation and monitoring of purification equipment, ensuring reliable, compliant processes that support timely patient treatments.

You will join the Cleaning Support team in Purification, collaborating with QA and maintenance, driving process improvements, and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical/scientific field with strong problem-solving skills.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or regulated production.
• Experience with validation and GxP environments.
• Strong data-analysis and structured problem-solving capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning validation and monitoring of purification equipment.
• Maintain, upgrade and validate cleaning processes with proper documentation.
• Analyse data, manage deviations and drive root-cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead equipment improvement and LEAN-based optimization projects.
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance and cross-facility teams.
