Novo Nordisk Kalundborg is seeking an experienced Cleaning Validation Specialist to lead cleaning validation and monitoring within the Purification Department. You will act as the go-to expert to maintain robust, compliant cleaning processes and drive improvements where needed.

The role requires deep process understanding, GxP experience, and strong data-analysis skills, with English fluency. Collaboration with QA, maintenance and other functions is essential as the company moves toward Industry

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology or related technical field.
• 8–10 years of relevant pharma or regulated production experience (process support, purification, etc.).
• Deep process understanding with knowledge of process equipment.
• Solid experience with GxP, including validation.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented and systematic problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration, with constructive challenge.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cleaning validation and monitoring of equipment in Purification Department.
• Maintain, upgrade and validate cleaning processes with documentation and reporting.
• Analyze data, address deviations, and identify root causes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
• Drive equipment improvements and LEAN-based optimization projects.
• Support product changes and assist colleagues across production facilities.
